The cabinet design process is a multi-step system that has been perfected over many years. Whether you’re the homeowner, builder, or interior designer, we address every project the same way, by working with you as your partner to create the cabinetry solutions that fit your lifestyle and your budget. Communication is key and by communicating with our clients throughout the process we insure a successful completion rate unmatched in the cabinet industry.
Here’s is how it works:
1. Consultation with a Design Professional
We meet with you (and your builder or designer) to discuss your lifestyle, your goals and your cabinetry needs. Have you seen other ideas that you like? Do you have something special or custom in mind? We don’t mind coming to your home or office to see for ourselves what possibilities your space might bring. Vision to fruition is our goal.
2. Estimation
Once we have an idea of the cabinetry style and solution, our design coordinators will put together a budget. We value engineer all aspects of the cabinetry design to ensure you receive the greatest return per dollar on your investment.
3. Measurement
Whether working from an architectural blueprint of a new home, or renovating your existing space, our professionals employ the old adage “measure twice cut once” method. With custom cabinetry come custom fit, your cabinetry is built specifically for your home and area. Our designers personally measure the area in order for you to truly have the custom built cabinetry you’ve always dreamed of.
4. Designs come to life
Our designers will then begin to create a concept drawing of your cabinetry package to show how the visions will come to life.
5. Order and Production
Once designs and styles are finalized, we move to production. This includes all of the details: finish, door style, wood species, and hardware selections. Also any custom or special applications. Once the cabinet is in our system, we provide you with an estimated timeline for production and delivery.
6. Delivery
The cabinets are delivered right to your home or job site and placed inside…clean and wrapped. Romar will coordinate with your installer for delivery.
7. Service after the Sale
